How to think positively to achieve your goals

Everybody at one point in their lifetime knows what they want to achieve. The sooner they know the better it is. Dream big, dream deep, dream all the time to achieve your goals. Just follow your heart and go after your goal. If you know your goal then don't let anyone stop you from achieving it. Take that one step, think positive and dive right in. Don't think of anything negative, just walk towards your dream and do what you feel is the right thing to do. Go for it!

If you know your line of interest then you can make a plan and start working towards it , to achieve success in that field. You have to keep trying until you gain success, you have to work really hard, nothing comes easily and you can never ever give up. Giving up should never be an option. No! that's not right at all; perhaps that plan might not have worked but that doesn't mean that you have to change your goals; it just means that you have to change your plans. Very few get it right the first time round. Some of us have to keep trying, sometimes again and again and again, for a long time, but the important thing is that you know what you want and you don't give up on it. Accepting defeat is showing how important your goal is to you. The harder you work to achieve it, the more you cherish it.

You cannot keep changing your careers or you cannot have too many choices; you can, but it will just lead to chaos. So the best thing would be to have one goal in your mind and work towards it. That's how positive decisions are made in life. You need to be goal oriented and for that you need to have a clear understanding of what you want to do. You should know what you want and have just enough of it. Your motivation to achieve what you want should be strong, you should know where you stand. Focus on our goals. Make sure you are surrounded my better circumstances.

One very important point don't let anyone waiver you. People might come up to you and give you all sorts of advice, they might say it's a wrong career choice, wrong move, it's not for you, it's just not the right thing for you etc. To be effective you need to have a set of principles that you can rely on and you need to constantly review your progress. Think of long term goals rather than quick-fixes; I mean to say if you try to find a quick solution to fix the problem at hand then you will face problems in the long run. Temporary fix is never a solution; it might seem like a easy remedy but believe me, it's just a mask, an illusion. There are no guarantees that these quick-fixes will work. When you slowly and steadily work towards something, it may take time, you might become impatient, but eventually it will happen. You have to set your goals and works slowly and steadily towards it.

Circumstances might cause you to panic and make sudden decisions, but those never really work out. It is always better to have a aim in life. That one straight path towards which you are headed. If you try to mix it with a little bit of this and a little bit of this, try to achieve everything, then you are dangerously close to losing everything. Know what you want exactly. Strong determination is a gift. People who you expect to help will turn away from you, friends will desert you, lots of people will doubt your intentions, you will make mistakes, ,you will face a lot of hurdles, you won't get things easily, but you will achieve your goals because it is your hard work, it's your right and nobody can take that away from you. You should never lose your determination whatever the obstacles in your path; keep on trying, give it your level best. When you keep trying, you will find deep satisfaction in it and you will realize that you owe this to yourself.

It will always be a learning curve; you have to set ambitious goals, so that you can achieve better results, but you might fall, but don't be upset, it will only make you stronger and you will only work harder to achieve your goals. You need to have a strategy to achieve your goals, evaluate your goals from time to time; if you are not succeeding, maybe you need another plan, but don't change your goal. Nobody can believe in them and feel them as much as you can; it's your reality, your aspirations. Never ever give up on the life you want. Set your standards high, you never know what's waiting for you around the corner or what's going to happen tomorrow. You might just achieve your goals tomorrow. Put one foot in front of the other and walk towards your goal.

There should only be one mantra in your head that you should chant non-stop "I believe in myself, these are my goals, I will achieve it, I will not lose hope". People might call you a fool or laugh at you saying you need to stop dreaming and see reality, you have to know whether you have to give your goals more importance or these people who are obstacles. These hindrances, who think they know better, who don't even understand you or want to help you but want to give you free advice, because no one else will listen to them and they see your struggle as their opportunity to dole out free advice. Advice is good if it's coming from the right person, with the right intentions. If people don't want to help you that's fine, but they should not create any problems for you in the name of "making you see reality", "giving you a reality check" and all that rubbish. Cut them loose. never ever lose track of your goals. What you might think are baby steps might be the proper path to your goals, whose to say, keep your eyes open and don't miss an opportunity, work hard, concentrate hard, know what you want to achieve, don't let other people's doubts become your fears. Just always know what you want to attain in life; this is your life, your choice to make. It is your happiness, your accomplishments, you have the right to fulfill it.

Just think of yourself as goal-oriented, The more you say this to yourself the stronger you become. Do what you feel is right to achieve the path to success. It's really not that difficult to decide your goals but being strong and sticking by it, might prove to be difficult. You might need to change your plans from time to time but stick to our goals.

Always write down your goals, your plans, your failed efforts, the reason for failing, your new plan of action etc. Everyday think a lot about this, give it a lot of importance. It's a choice you have made and decide how you will overcome these obstacles and stay focused.\ There will be a lot of frustrating moments, it's never a easy climb, but just be strong about your goals and chose your path. You can never tell if it's the right path, maybe even try techniques like meditation to remove any mental blocks, embrace the right attitude and just walk towards it. Only you know what's right for you. Just remember one thing, "Never Ever Give-up" .
